The Earth Shook

Walking down the road
Ashes falling from the sky
The never ending rain of burnt realities
Never ending
The path gets narrow, the stench gets worst

Corpses
All over the place. Corpses
Shadows filling the empty corners
My eyes searching for hope, through the wastelands
Thought I saw movement...
And then it happened

The horrible look on those eyes
Dead eyes. Rising. Everywhere..
They came back from nowhere
Running away from a reality lost long ago
From a trastorned world, with trastorned facts
Running to an exit wich doesn't exist

Joining them was never a choice
But after looking back.. I saw it clearly
I never stood a chance
But why was I sent there then?
I could feel their rotten breath

The earth shook as they came near
My last second standing alone in that world
